Perfect family escape Positive: At first I panicked thinking it was too small to hold our family of 5 BUT THEN for a 2 bedroom apartment there was a tonne of clever storage and so many extras you don't normally get in a hotel such as additional cooking utensils, everyday kitchen items like salt, pepper and oil (to name few of many) extra large bath towels, board games, extra blankets and towels. The natural light and layout of the living/ kitchen was fantastic and comfortable Negative: Minor issue was there was no dryer. The pillows weren't the most comfortable either

While I appreciated many aspects of this place, I wish I had stayed elsewhere. Positive: The apartment was clean and spacious. There were clear instructions on finding keys, accessing the apartment and facilities and how to leave the room. The location was great and the view from the balcony reached to the sea and the screen door is very soundproof, though there is no curtain. The spa bath was a luxury (the hotel spa and sauna not so much) and the kitchen had all the essential basics (but no salt, pepper, cooking oil or welcome basket like some other places do). The 'hotel' foyer had a range of information brochures and there were two lifts, which were very efficient.. Negative: The room smelt of smoke and when emailed via Booking.com, e-beds called me directly and apologised profusely, though it quickly became very clear that this was not an unexpected issue. They mentioned the person in the apartment next door who was smoker, and of having had this issue previously. As an asthmatic, I was incredibly frustrated at this and it did mean spending the start of the trip trying to source alternative accomodation - which at that time was quite difficult. We decided to stay and were able to air out the room sufficiently and I increased my use of medication for our stay. They did organise for a door sweep/ seal to be put in the next morning, which delayed us heading out. When I did try to call e-beds I was unable to get a response and they did not return my call, despite saying to contact them if I needed anything. After payment, we were informed of a required deposit and received an extensive list of house rules. While not unreasonable, it would have been better to know these details upfront. We were also notified of nearby construction, assured that noise would be limited to weekdays from 7:30 am to 4 pm. However, during our stay, I was woken up at 6:30 and 7 am repeatedly, including on a Saturday, due to construction noise.

Disappointing - acknowledging that it was outside of the control of the owners. Positive: Location, parking, modern and good layout of apartment. Honest management staff advising of major construction works. Negative: Cigarette smoke from neighbouring apartment caused sinus issues with my wife and severely disrupted sleep on the first night until I blocked ventilation vents in the bedrooms and left the balcony door open for the entire stay for ventilation. Being forced to leave the balcony sliding door open exacerbated noise issues from construction of a multi-storey veiling only a few metres away.

Positive: Beautiful views and spectacular sunsets easily seen from this apartment. Everything in the apartment was tastefully done.

Great place to stay, would recommend to others. Positive: Location was perfect and the view was wonderful. Enjoyed the use of the pool. Kitchen well equipped. Negative: Just a bit noisy as building next door which we were advised of when we booked.
